Amy-Leigh is a professional photographer and has worked within a number of areas within the industry; from NGO/charity work in other countries, to weddings and commercial photography. 8 years ago making presets for other photographers started and after that Northern Presets Co soon followed as a hub for photographers to access editing mentoring, custom made presets and style discovery.

With a firm belief in giving help and support where needed, and an awareness of people being disappointed with their editing, her mentoring programme tackles every hurdle you come across in the image making process. Check out the ins and outs of the 1:1 mentoring programme here.

Alongside Northern Presets Co. Amy-Leigh writes for Professional Photo Magazine as their software/editing/AI expert and also works on a consultancy basis with software companies like Adobe, DXO, Exposure and Capture One plus many more.

The more personal stuff - a mother, total nerd, music obsessed, coffee addict, (attempt to be a) gamer, book worm, travel wanderer, hair shapeshifter, heavily tattooed and opinionated but a super friendly weirdo from northern England, UK, with a broad accent - that's where the name came from, it's usually the starting point of any chat!
